Custom Robots Header Tags Setting in Blogger for SEO

In previous tutorial, we have learned about how to enable Custom Robots.tex file which is the way how to summit content to Google Search Engine. In this tutorial, I will show you how to set the Custom Robots Header Tags for your Blog's SEO.

What is the advantages of using Custom Robots Header Tags?

Blogger's designers are working hard to improve their blog raking on top of Search Engine Optinization. In Bolgger's new interfacce allow us to set many feature for improving SEO. One of those feature is Custom Robots Header Tags, this is really useful tool help us to select which part of our contents should be indexed and which should be protected from indexing in search engine. All of these options should be carful selecting; if you make a wrong selection, it will ignore by Google to index your contents. Let see all the options of Custom Robots Header Tags Bellow:

Custom Robots Header Tags 

1. All : No restrictions for indexing. It is allowed to crawl, index and serve content.This is default option.
2. Noindex:It mean that the page not index, or it not show in the search result.
4. Nofollow: Google crawler will not to follow any link on the page.
5. None: none mean both; not to index and nofollow.
6. Noarchive:not show Cached link in search result.
7. Nonippet: It will not show snippet in search result.
8. Noodp: Don't use meta Data from the Open Directory for title or snippet
9. Notranslate: It will tell crawlers not to translation on this page in other langauge in search enginge.
10 Noimageindex: It doesn't allow image to index in serch result for this page
11 Unavailable_after: the page is not available in search result after a specified date/time. The date/time must be written in RFC 850 format.

How to enable Custom Robots Header Tags

1. Login int your Blogger Dashboard >> Go to Settings 

2. Select on Search References

3. Click on Custom Robots Header Tags and edit to enable the option as bellow:

4. Click on Save changes
