HowTo Use Custom Permailink in Blogger for SEO

What is Custom Permalink?

 For few months ago, Blogspot had been added a new feature of addvance Blogger SEO which is more friendly SEO for Blogger blog. What I'm going to tell you is how to set Custom Permalink in Blogger. This is one option which is perfectly create alot of advantage differences for SEO in your blog.

What is the advantage of using Custom Permalikn?

The main important point of using Permalink is to remove some of the Stop Words when you use a long title of post. This mean that to aviod using conjunctions, prepositions and articles. For example: (to, and, a, the. from...). One more this, becuase of Google just focus on the specific keywords to show on search result.

+ Here you can see of the two examples of permalink:

• http://cambohelpblogger.blogspot.com/2015/02/custom-robots-header-tags-setting-in.html (very long and bad permalink)
• http://cambohelpblogger.blogspot.com/2015/02/cusom-header-tags.html (good permalink)

You can see in the second example I jsut focus on the keyword Custom-header-tags. Even it is very short, but it is very effective for the search result.

 + Remember: every keyword you use seperate by "-" (Dash)

How to set permalink for better SEO

When you create a new post, you can click on the paermalink option which is located at the right side of post screen. Now, let see what I have explained bellow:

1. Login to your Blogger Dashboard

2. Create new post >> go to "Post settings"

3. Click on "Permalink" >> Custom Permalink

4. Write your permalink using "-" (Dash) in the custom permalink box. (Make sure you just focus on the keyword of your post title only)

5. Click done.
