1. Login to your Youtube channel 

2. Go to Video Manager Tab

3. Choose any videos which you want to add subscribe button and then go to edit
4. Click on "Annotations" tab the top of video screen, you will see the option button next to the video screen "add annotations" click on it scroll down and choose the word "spotlight"

5. After choosing the word spotlihgt, you will see some options. In the spotlight box, you can write any descriptions, for example "Cleck here to subscribe!"

6. You can move your subscribe box to anywhere you want, make sure that you decide to put the subscibe button at the begining or at the end of your video playing
7. At the end click on save button.
