Step 1: Go to Google Translate Management, you'll be asked to login with your google accoount. If you don't have one, you can create google account for free

Step 2: Add the domain/blogger address of your website in the box

Step 3: Click Next

Step 4: Choose the options you want and click on "Get code"

Step 5 : Copy the First code >> go to Blogger Dashboard >>Edit HTML>> press "Ctrl +F" to open the search box and search for the </head>

A- Just above the </head> and past the first code 

B-Save Tamplate
Step 6: Go to Blogger Dashboard >> Layout >> Add a Gadget >> HTML/JavaScript and past the second code in HTML area
Step 7: Save >> Save Arangement
